Return & 7-Days Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. However, as per our 7-Days Replacement Warranty, we do offer replacement ONLY if a product has MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

Customers CANNOT request for order replacements for any other reason other than manufacturing defect(s).

As per our 7-Days Replacement Warranty, customers have two choices in case of orders with manufacturing defects:

They can either buy the same product from our website.

If that particular product is not available, they can pick up any other product of equal or higher value. (For higher value products, they will have to pay the additional difference in pricing.)

To avail the 7-Days Replacement Warranty for order(s), customers should inform us about the discrepancy in product by sending an email to within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order(s).

In compliance with the 7-Days Replacement Warranty, we will send the replaced product (based on the customer’s choice) within 7 days of placing a fresh order.

If an order has been tampered with or the package is open/ damaged at the time of receipt, customers are advised NOT to accept the order and ask the courier executive to take it back. Additionally, they must inform us about the case by sending an email to within 24 hours from the time of delivery, so that we can take corrective action at the earliest.
