Shipping & Delivery Policy

When placing your order with us, you will receive an email with an order tracking number. Simply enter your tracking number into website of courier partner to view the status of your order in real time. You can also check on your orders from the comfort of your home by logging into your account and viewing the status of all your orders. We’ll keep you up to date as soon as there is any change in the delivery!

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to an order. If you would like to alter your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing the order and we will be able to assist you, if not dispatched already.

Our customer service team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. We offer telephone support, email support and live chat. Our customer service hours are Monday-Saturday 9:30am – 6pm IST. If you need assistance outside of these hours, please email us at

We understand that sometimes our clients need to cancel their orders. Please contact us at  e-com@kapoorlampshades.com within 24 hours after placing the order and we will be able to assist you, if not dispatched already and include your order number and the reason for cancellation. No, Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal convenience fee of Rs. 100 will be added during checkout (Once COD is active).

All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 7 to 15 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

The user will also be provided with an  approximate date of  delivery of the  purchased Product(s)  on the order  confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. We shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners. we may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners.

Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

We are committed to ensuring that your products  reach you safely  and securely. However, in  the rare event that you a  receive a damaged or  incorrect product, please  raise a Replacement or  Exchange Request within  24 hours of receipt of the  order, by sending us an  email on e-com@kapoorlampshades.com and we will set things right. Please mention your Order ID when you reach out to us. In rare cases, when the Replacement is not possible from our end, we will offer a Return to the customer with Full Refund.

We have a strict No Returns Policy.

Send a mail requesting Return/Exchange/Replace of the product along with the Order ID, Address and
Reason for Return/Exchange/Replace. We will then arrange a Reverse Pickup from our  end or you can dispatch the  product to the Store  Address shared with you. 
Once the return is approved, then your refund  will be processed. 

A credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account.

It usually takes 15-20 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.

Returns & Replacement Policy

Our return policy is simple. If the product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll provide a replacement / refund as soon as we receive the item back.

Your Product should be packed in its original box or bag, with all packing material and accessories included, and securely sealed. We recommend using a shipping box or bag to contain the product. Ensure that your package is secure and that no damage is caused to the Product during transit.

We understand that customers sometimes need lighting solutions for small projects and as such, we do not have a minimum order policy. We are happy to provide our services even if you just need one decorative light.

To request a refund, please provide your order number and any details you have about the product or service that you purchased. Additionally, pictures and videos of the product that was received, please attach them along with your request for a faster resolution.
