What’s eligible for Return?
  • Defective – If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product. Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture are not defects.
  • Difference – If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape, or color) from the item image on our website.
  • Not Functional – If the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items or requiring electrical sources (lights or bulbs etc). Please note that only replacements shall be offered.
How to Initiate a Return Request?
  • To raise a return request, you should click 2-3 clear photographs of the item in question. Below are the guidelines to follow while taking the photographs.
  • 1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoomed-in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible.
  • A short video taken at the time of unboxing the product will also be required.
  • You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Kapoor Lamp Shades will arrange pick-up of the product through its logistics partner. If Kapoor Lamp Shades is unable to do so, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Kapoor Lamp Shades.
  • Please write to us at e-com@kapoorlampshades.com, or call us on our support numbers, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Kapoor Lamp Shades in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.
  • Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.
  • It takes 3-5 working days for us to refund once the product reach us in the good condition.
  • At Kapoor Lamp shades, we accept no questions asked returns, however, this is subject to a charge of 15% towards freight/re-stocking fee on the invoice value.

Exchange

  • If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with the customer service by email at e-com@kapoorlampshades.com– within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Minor microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed do not qualify.
  • On receiving your complaint, Kapoor Lamp Shades shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if it is genuine, Kapoor Lamp Shades will initiate the exchange/replacement process.
  • In order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:
  • Please notify Kapoor Lamp Shades of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours Kapoor Lamp Shades shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • Products must be unused & sent back in original packing.

  • The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by Kapoor Lamp Shades in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
  • Once the product is received by Kapoor Lamp Shades the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 24 hours subject to availability.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel the order within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped. Please send us a request on e-com@kapoorlampshades.com and our team will assist you for next steps. On cancellation, we will issue a credit note of the amount which you can utilise to buy any other product at our website www.kapoorlampshades.com
  • If you want to modify your order (within 24 hours) before the order has been shipped, please call the customer service number +91-98110 33372 or please send us an email at  with the new product details (name, color, price, code, link etc)
